Churchill Capital IV Corp - Trading higher in the premarket following a SEC filing out aftermarket yesterday suggesting the majority ownership of the SPAC has changed hands to a consortium group consisting of Magnetar Financial LLC, Magnetar Capital Partners LP and Supernova Management LLC. Magnetar Capital made a $250m dollar investment into Lucid Energy back in 2017, the SEC filing at very least suggests some sort of announcement could be coming.
