Did Roberts take some bad penalties early in in his career? Sure but Roberts never took a shift off regular or post season. He also had way more offensive hockey IQ then Bennett has ever shown. I can remember wondering what the hell Roberts was ever going to turn into during his first couple seasons. Bad penalties, suspect hockey IQ, thought he would be a bubble player at that time. He kind of drove me nuts but I didn't have a comment board to go to to complain lol.
