I’ve been watching him closely. I don’t think he’s lost too much. What he’s lost is a very smooth skating D partner that was able to scoop up loose pucks whenever he couldn’t get to them.
I’m not lamenting Brodie’s loss too much as I think there will be an adjustment period for Gio.
