Not a chance, the entire MCU is built on the premise of intricate webs of tie ins. And they've never shown and compunction about direct foreshadowing. These is no accident casting this guy.

If she is starting to pull matter from a multiverse, they could be different souls from a different universe, it might retroactively be the first crack in the multiverse.
