I’m not sure the quicksilver recast is her pulling in people from the multiverse. I think the Hahn character is dead and remembers dying. They were going to tell Vision something in episode 3 and her scene with the Dog in 4 makes me think she wants Wanda to bring them actually back.

So some sort of tunnel to the world of the dead may be happening which allows quicksilver to exist in this world with him being recast just being a 4th wall joke.

Based on what we have seen on the physics of Westview it appears that some matter is required to exist. So where did the matter for the kids, Hahn and QS come from? The multiverse as the answer doesn’t really work for the kids. The other thing is that the kids appear to be able to control the reality as well.

I actually enjoy the sitcom more than the outside world now. The sitcom has this unseen horror vibe. Almost lovecraftian.
