This could also lead into how Tobey & Andrew fit into Home Worlds. It's not one bridge, it's more like a spike through multiple layers of reality.

I actually had thought it would have been great to mgake Magneto Tutsi or Bosnian, pushing the whole mutant story line 50 years forward in time so that they could go with a very small generation of 40 something mutants, and a sudden surge of mutants between 15 and 25 just coming of age, refresh the cultural relevance a little bit, and bring little light to lesser known history than WWII.

But I do think it's an interesting take to canonize all of the Marvel films.

Different actors playing the same character but in another reality is jarring, but actually makes more sense.

In order to have the same person, you'd need the exact same combo of egg/sperm. That wouldn't happen unless the exact same conditions exist. Even then you'd have to have that every generation going back to the start of time. It makes a lot more sense to have different people in each reality.

This is probably overthinking things.
