The only way that this works is if the the 'rule' is true, and she can not bring people back to life. Vision is an anomaly because he is synthetic. What Wanda can do, is create a bridge between worlds in the multiverse, and that means X-Man Quicksilver can walk through and become part of the MCU. She unconsciously found a way to bring him back, and from Darcy's perspective, recast him.

Accidently, Fox and Disney created a bridge between universes with a shared character. This could not have worked out better.

This could also lead into how Tobey & Andrew fit into Home Worlds. It's not one bridge, it's more like a spike through multiple layers of reality.

I actually had thought it would have been great to mgake Magneto Tutsi or Bosnian, pushing the whole mutant story line 50 years forward in time so that they could go with a very small generation of 40 something mutants, and a sudden surge of mutants between 15 and 25 just coming of age, refresh the cultural relevance a little bit, and bring little light to lesser known history than WWII.

But I do think it's an interesting take to canonize all of the Marvel films.
