Main point you guys are missing is that Sam Bennet trade value is too insignificant. This isnt a Lindros type asset that you have to get a ransom for. Sam Bennett is probably fetching you a 2nd rounder at best. If you only get offered a 3rd you take it. 2nd to 3rd pick is just not enough of a difference to have this drama hanging over the team.
