Interesting, as who would of thought, Logan Stanley as the Jets #6 has a similar Average Game score of .32 to Valimaki .25
10 games ago Valimaki was a Calder candidate and Stanley was going to be fortunate to be on the Jets taxi squad and likely AHL. Stanley is 5 months older than Valimaki.
When does Nesterov play himself off the roster to give Mackey a look-see?

Forbort's performance in the playoff was one of the worst I've ever seen. Probably the worst in at least 10 years for the Flames.
I'm pretty sure the Flames wanted to just try something else.
