The second game in a row where the Jet goalie was significantly better than the Flames goalie according to this web site.

Interesting, as who would of thought, Logan Stanley as the Jets #6 has a similar Average Game score of .32 to Valimaki .25

10 games ago Valimaki was a Calder candidate and Stanley was going to be fortunate to be on the Jets taxi squad and likely AHL. Stanley is 5 months older than Valimaki.

When does Nesterov play himself off the roster to give Mackey a look-see?

Did Forbort want out of Calgary or did the Flames not want him?
Why do you do this?

I'm happy that you're looking at something other than +/- but the Stanley / Valimaki stuff is a little over the top isn't it? Two young players and it's eight games into a season.

I don't think either are going to win the calder for the record, but you may want a little more time into their careers before you start making projections but I'll bite.

Valimaki has had three poor games to start the season (last night one of them), Stanley only one by his log. The early returns seem to suggest a higher ceiling of impact for Valimaki if he can rough out the edges. All this ... with ... eight ... games of .... data.
