Feel bad for Rittich as I know he's a better goalie then he's shown the last while. But it's going to be damn hard for him to find his groove playing behind Markstrom. Just goes to show what separates the decent tier of goalies from the great ones. Feels like shades of the backups playing behind Kipper. I genuinely feel bad for the guy.
Team is now in 2nd last in the division. 2nd worst offence but at least we have the best GA
. The only solace I take is that the team hasnt' had a chance to feast on the Sens yet (which could easily be 'trap' games) and they have games on hand on everyone.
Going to need to start winning more often before it gets to be too big of a hole.
