Teams MUST expose, at a minimum:
2 forwards under contract for 21-22 (some additional details)
1 defenseman under contract
1 goalie under contract
At this point, they do not have enough bodies to meet those requirements, they have Lucic (hopefully), and one of the 4 defensemen. They need to sign Bennett, and then expose him or Backlund. Or sign another player to expose.
