It's also a bit of cherry picking. The discussion was specific with anther posters and was based on the assumption that the Flames did try and trade Sam and that he was good enough that there was a market for him.
Removing those aspects of the conversation and cherry picking my reply to a specific chain of posts has no relevance without the context.
If the Flames have been trying to trade Bennett and IF other GMs thought he was a mismanaged diamond in the rough, then he for sure would have been traded by now. That was the original point of my post which OP has misquoted.
