I totally understand it from Bennett’s perspective, and I really don’t know what this team’s end game is. Ever since the hiring of award, I’ve had a pit in my stomach and this has just made it grow, alongside the slow/typical emotionless Flames hockey.

It pains me to as I had high hopes for him after the playoffs. I felt he had climbed the mountain and was ready to take his game to the next level.
Bennet IMO has a confidence problem and his game is easily shaken when things don't go right for him. Just wonder if he's given up on the team too soon.
I believe Ward is trying to find a good fit for some of the new players. Ward is trying IMO to balance out the scoring so that we don't have all our talents on one or 2 lines. We could put Lindholm back with Johnny and Mony but that would make it easier for teams to defend against us.
