Considering what I spent, the low level of hassle involved in picking the designs and the quality of the stone I would have to say I was pleased with my whole experience at Spence. My wife (then girlfriend) gave me a $1000 limit on her engagement ring so when I spent a little more for 18K white gold she wasn't upset at the $200 overage. I went and picked out her engagement ring and stone by myself. The ring turned out to be exactly what she wanted so I was hired
