For me depends on the setting. In a workplace I might say "dink" instead of "d*ck" or "shoot/sh*te" instead of "sh*t" or "fack" instead of "fu*k".
usually those are only if I'm not really actually angry about something. As soon as the real frustration hits the real words start flying. I dunno, seems like a way to keep things classy most of the time while gaining the added effect of the real swear when necessary.
