So the Senate will get the impeachment article tonight.

Normally the Chief of SCOTUS would oversee the proceedings, but that is when the president being impeached is still in office. However since that is not the case, Roberts has declined the role which then falls at the feet of President of Tempor (sp) of the Senate.(Who is also 3rd in line of succession for President)

That guy is Senator Patrick Leahy of Vermont. He has been elected 8 times.

He also has.....appeared in 5 Batman movies.
