Those reluctant to make a deal because the team got off to a hot start should probably reevaluate their position. What were the major changes this offseason? Hamonic and Brodie out, Markstrom and Tanev in. Great, it's worked out. But the problem last year was still with the forwards not scoring. That has largely remained intact and the playoffs exposed that. Not exploring bringing in this guy because of a few games in is a terrible move, no matter if they go 5-0. They could still use his talent. Who goes the other way should be debated but not doing anything is a non-starter.
