We also need to understand PLD is 22 and has not fully matured as a player or person. I also think whatever team gets him will get a very motivated player. From the Flames standpoint I think Ward is the type of coach that gets through to players and is more of a players coach. Reasons like that give me hope for the potential if the Flames can get him.
