As bad as it's been having this break for my first team, the Flames, it's been equally as weird/hard to have my second team not playing much either. On the plus side, new addition Hornqvist leads the team in goals and points with 3 and 4 respectively. He's already fit in very well on Huberdeau's line. Verhaege is doing well on Barkov's line scoring 3 points so far. New additions are playing well.
Now if only we can get goalie-bob going. Unfortunately, I'm less confident about that one happening.

I’ve been very impressed with Verhaeghe. I knew he would play better with more minutes and opportunity (after signing away from Tampa), but not to this extent. He’s a solid player thus far.
