All in all I'm pretty happy with what Biden has done so far. There are a couple of things that concern me, particularly his SoS nominee already sabre-rattling with Venezuela, but it's been a better start than I expected.

Here's the problem, that we all see coming though.
We know that in about a week we are going to start seeing a wave of people coomplaining that Biden isn't being fact checked like Trump was.
"Where are the daily lists of things he lied about, or got wrong"
And we all know this is going to be a totally bad faith argument because Biden isn't going to lie at an unbelievable rate.
It'll be like if my neighbor starts getting made at me for not picking up my dog's ****.
How does this make sense? I don't have a freaking dog.

So yea, we aren't seeing anyone really call out Biden for saying "From scratch".

Is that something so egregious that we need to start screaming about dog poop, or is it maybe the kind of hyperbole, or turn of phrase that we all use, and might just be acceptable.

Let's save the outrage for when people neglect to call out Biden for telling us to freebase Tide Pods, or starts hitting double ridiculous lies per day.

I know the point you're making is that you hope that it isn't just right wingers that call him out on things, but let's be honest, the right wingers are gonna call him out on lot of things that don't really matter, so it's gonna look like the left isn't fact checking him.
