It's obviously a hyperbole and it will be diplomatic pleasantries exchanged, but one of Biden's first executive actions was a clear infraction against the USMCA and Canada and he not so much as spoke to Trudeau first, or even waited a day to sign an executive action that was purely political and catering to his own base.
He's lightyears better then what we had in the past 4 years and relations will be much better, but Biden is not a friend.
