For the browser, try logging in at nhl.com instead of nhl live website and then try to watch from there. You can try clearing the cache and/or trying another browser and see if that helps.

That worked thank you!! I logged into NHL Live several times in different browsers but always landed on the package subscription page.
Logging into nhl.com worked like a charm.
Only problem now is I submitted another refund request to Apple so if they process my claim I will have to start over.
