Do people feel better swapping out future firsts for Pelletier or Zary?
When do 22 year old former top 3 picks who are already top centers on a playoff team get traded?
I gladly trade 2 1st 2 2nd and Ryan for Dubois and laugh all the way to the bank. Our team is already really good and that makes it ridiculously stacked.
Would anyone want to trade Tkachuk for a warm body and 2 late 1sts and 2 2nds?

Stone was never a rental. It was well documented that he wanted an extension when he was traded.
And yes, if Tkachuk was demanding a trade I would take that deal in a heartbeat and laugh endlessly at the GM dumb enough to give up 5 assets (4 of them being extremely valuable) for one player.
