I hope you will not be against my short and nostalgic story here as I don't think it needs a separate topic.
I was probably one of the first European visitors, followed my dream and came to Calgary from Russia in November, 2002 in Flames' dark times. But I didn't care, it was one the best trips in my life
Just for you to understand, I was in Calgary when famous trade Marc Savard - Ruslan Zainullin was announced... Visited 5 home Flames games, 2 Hitmen home games (Freddy Sjostrom and Johnny Boychuk were standouts) and had just a fantastic time In Calgary and surroundings.
