I just don't think he has the heart or fight left, that he's happy to make an obscene amount of money to warm the bench. Would you rather put Bale out giving a 75-80% effort, or Lamela who will put in the full effort? 75-80% effort against Kazakh farmers is one thing, but Fulham are fighting for survival.
