I understand peoples hatred for the guy, but how come when things come to light about substance abuse problems, fans are all "That's too bad. I wish him all the best! Really hope he gets the help he needs!" but with this situation, many people are going "I'm not surprised. He deserves it. He's an idiot."?
Substance abuse problems and gambling problems are basically the same. Both are horrible addictions/diseases that are very hard to overcome.
I hate the player, but man do I hope Kane gets the help he needs. Some people just don't know what to do when tons of money immediately comes their way. It's very unfortunate. Hopefully he learns a valuable lesson here and gets someone to help take care of his money/future earnings from this point.
