Harvest is pretty good. Replicon is ok.
I used to do a lot of work with Deltek, I wasn't aware that you could but the time sheet software seperately as its more of an ERP, but I really liked its online time sheets, and project planning modules.
I guess my question would be what accounting software is being used?
