Ryan was immediately demoted when Peters left, I thought he would've made the most sense to move up when Tkachuk went down but Ward doesn't value him for whatever reason.
Adam Ruzicka and Glenn Gawdin will getting in some games this season as they attempt to earn a centre position with the Flames then we'll have Connor Zary and Mathias Emilio Pettersen eventually trying to make the line-up at centre position too.
