I love how Carlos ('Ned') gets caught lying so many times.

Ned going off about how he didn't change his name, and its really Carlos Mencia for a while.
Joe: "Is your name not Ned?"
Ned: "Yes it is."

And just replys with horrible grade-school techniques.
