I think its a given you need depth to win a Cup. But more often than not the team with superstars AND depth win. Pretty rare for teams to win without elite players.
Every team you listed had superstars in Kane, Toews, Keith. Kopitar, Doughty. Crosby, Malkin. These are some of the most dominant players over the past decade.
