Facebook and Twitter would be regulation around the algorithms that create the bubbles. So you could ban the collection and use of data used to serve targeted ads and content. Limit it info that is directly provided by the user to the platform and opposed to collected from everything the user does.
Also prevent them from acquiring other upstart companies. Facebook buying IG probably shouldn’t have been allowed.
