This will be such a HUGE improvement over the last couple years and honestly must make a big difference in how the players in front of him treat the game. If our group responds in kind we should at least have a chance every game which is all you can really ask of a team.

Lol this sounds promising too!
I was pretty dejected at the way last season went and how it ended. They get me every year, but I'm feeling cautiously optimistic like I haven't in a looong time.
