Vice President is in the room and you are his security detail. You see an armed mob breaking thru the window. That's what the shooter knew was happening from the intel they already had from previous hour. And that's what he saw in the moment. Sure, she didn't have a gun after all, but she very well could have. Like others did.
You on the other hand saw a video from the other room.
Sad end to her life, left a kid behind. Feel sorry for her, but the outcome was predictable.
