It's ISO dive rated. Incredibly comfy band, and it's more of a serious watch. Those new gen Seiko 5's are kinda more in the realm of fashion watch. They look ok, but they aren't a true diver.

Thanks man. I think I like the look of the less expensive one more, though. I get that yours is a superior watch, but it's just not quite the look I'm into.
Deepest I'll ever dive is probably five feet so a true diver isn't necessary for me.
