I'm trying to figure out the 25th amendment idea, I believe people think its contained in section 4.

There-upon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. They can vote to remove, but if the president response and says, I can continue my duties, then they have to prove he's incapable and that will probably take more time then Trump has left in office. As well, we would probably see some kind of challenge of the use of the 25th amendment in this case at a Supreme Court level wouldn't we?
