If Dube and Mangiapane take steps forward I'd absolutely trade Gaudreau and Monahan for Barzal.
It's exactly the change in direction without the complete tear down that we need.
Improve your top end up the middle and let Dube/Mangiapane/Gawdin/Phillips/Pelletier/Zary move up the ranks in the coming seasons to fill out your forward ranks.
