Keep monny, work another angle. Have a Monny, PLD one two punch down the middle. We have the wingers, and we have a Backlund to fall back on. And, PLDs contract is a perfect fit.for the Flames today and next year. Id move 1st round picks for him plus more.

PLD or Barzal would be players I'd add Bennett into a package for. Edit: let's be clear here before yall get too jumpy. Bennett doesn't have a ton of value, but if we are moving on one of those guys it makes him easier to let go if it helps grease the wheels of a deal.

Still believe PLD goes to the Isles for Barzal though. Just makes sense.
