i wish that SCOTUS put an opinion on the case that was brought forward just to stop this insanity, because now the refrain from the right, is that cases were dismissed on procedural grounds as opposed to hearing the evidence...
This is not true in the majority of cases i believe, but the GOP are spinning it this way.
Its disgusting and alarming at the same time... This is going have a corrosive effect on American Democracy that I don't see as being repairable.
