Kimberley, much like Panorama, Fernie and Revelstoke, attract a lot of Albertans for ski vacations or weekends. With Covid restrictions in BC and Alberta it shouldn't be a surprise if the hills are pretty empty. I don't think Panorama has suffered too much as I still hear that a lot of families are traveling to Panorama as they essentially consider it to be part of Alberta.
