With all due respect, you don’t know what you’re talking about. Traffic stops are always potentially the most chaotic and dangerous thing a patrol cop does. Every time you pull someone over for even the most mundane of reasons, you could die. Your claim that “you can pull someone over without putting yourself into a position where you could be struck by a car” is patently false.
