Kinda like a kick on the way out the door by 2020, for those of us with nostalgia.
She was the ulitmate girl next store. She wasn't the smoldering sex pot Hollywood Star. Whenever I saw her in interviews, she just seemed like a regular girl that you would love to hang out with.
Even her role in Gilligan's Island was a reflection of that, and she became one of the more memorable characters on the show (Like the professor for all the wrong reasons, scientist my butt, he was a con man).
Sad to read about this death, but I've realized that a lot of the people that I loved and followed when I was a little box of cereal are dying or already dead.
