Some folks do just seem to get more of them unfortunately, and some just live with it instead of figuring out the cause. For me certain perfumes give me instant migraines, as do specific foods.

I'd strongly recommend you go see a good Osteopath. And look at your diet with a good naturopath. If you poo-poo these ideas then you're doing yourself a disservice. I speak from personal experience.
