Assuming Kane’s wants a trade, I doubt Calgary is his choice destination.
Secondly, Chicago would have little interest in Backlund, since they would rebuilding.
They would like move Kane at half cap for a bounty of young players.
For Calgary that would start with Hanifin and Zary and go from there.
