Yea, nothing seems well made anymore, it sucks. You spend money on stuff and all of it is engineered with planned obsolescence- which IMO should be borderline illegal or heavily regulated. You want to make regulations or rules to benefit the environment? How about preventing refrigerators or literally any other items from headed to the landfills way sooner than they need to? Anything that’s older seems to be made better- why can’t we have that again? Also hard on finances for the middle class.
Anyway what I’m sick of is Tupperware and our Tupperware drawer. Different sizes, hard to organize, somehow we lose lids all the time and I have no idea how this is possible (little kids I guess) and the drawer is a freaking mess all the time. I spend an inordinate amount of time staring at our Tupperware drawer searching for a match for leftover food. They’re also super annoying to clean and in dishwasher don’t get dry very well.
