He got a lot of attention in atom and peewee as a child prodigy, and then did not make AAA/AA in Bantam and had to play community... there were rumors around this that I won't repeat.
I only know this because he was in some of the same posts and articles as a friend's child (who also fizzled out in Bantam and didn't get drafted.)
