Agreed. Until you actually have job and agreement... you don’t. I’ve been strung along since July by one org. I get it. Times are tough and they’re awaiting work too and maybe perhaps at some point their resource review will end with Dagnabbit we MUST hire that RichieRich guy. Since then I’ve continued looking, interviewing, and even had a short contract. But I’m still staying in touch for networking and just in case...
