The simple version is that he came into our rec facility one night, and continuously broke rule after rule in every part of the building. He got tired of me enforcing our rules so he went to the pet store across the street and bought some guppies.
He hid the bag in his swim trunks, and released them into our swimming pool. We ended up having to shut the pool down for the night. I had a line of other kids waiting to throw him under the bus once he left. All the fish died too
