Pretty sure everyone would be more or less fine if we were humming along with rates like we had in June. 500 to 1000 active cases, 20-30 people in ICU, it's by no means perfect but if that sort of level can be sustained once vaccination is widespread, we'll be fine to open everything back up and get back to life as more-or-less normal (though I personally think we should keep going with the masks and social distancing in places where it doesn't pose any major inconvenience; there's really not much downside to that).
