Now that the draft is finishing I thought perhaps one of you would be interested in joining our fantasy league. Hit the Net has been around for 12 seasons now. We have a number of CPers running teams, including Dammage. A good group of guys who are for the most part active and engaged. Lots of trading and roster moves throughout the season, it's rarely dull. We run off a message board and use Fantrax to manage things.

Skaters get 1 for a goal or assist. Goalies 2 for a win + 3 for a shutout.

Salary cap is NHL + 5%

We were missing a GM and I ended up picking players for this team. My focus was to build a young team with a number of very good prospects to go along with a mostly young set of NHLers, especially the keepers. It's a bit heavy on Sharks but that was just the way things fell and they are the better players. Same with the Penguins but ZAR is really just roster fill and Matheson or Pettersson might be keepers or at least very tradable. The team has about 3.5m in cap space so there is room to trade with the guys who are over.
We have just completed our free-agent draft and guys are gearing up for the season. It would be great having one of you on board as you're all prospect knowledgable and hockey nerds. ;-)
